Olivia Herrera received her MS in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Engineering and Management from Virginia Tech and her BS in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. Olivia’s expertise include technical and interpersonal skills. On the technical spectrum, Olivia is skilled in PlanSwift, Primavera P6, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, WinTruss, GibbsCAM, PLC, and OpenCIM. On the interpersonal continuum, Olivia is skillful in leadership and motivation, coaching, customer service, public speaking, recruiting, and team building. Furthermore, she is an excellent sketcher, for which she taught a model on sketching by hand for product designers for two years.  Olivia currently began her first industry career working for a General Contractor, HRGM, with three divisions: 1) Facility Maintenence and Management for Facility Repair and Restoration, 2) Parks, Playgrounds, and Greenspaces, and 3)Waterproofing and Roofing.
